No pressure from sales. It feels more like you are chatting with a friend than a salesman. After we bought our Jeep, we brought it in for a couple of small things. We were told there would be a loaner car, but upon arrival we were told there wasn't one. They did quickly correct the problem by getting us a rental billed to them. Employees in service were very personable and helpful.
